Many of the former dairy buildings we inherited have since been converted for other uses, creating a mix of high quality office, workshop and storage space for a range of commercial tenants, many of whom have been with us for over 20 years. We also have a 40kW roof mounted solar PV system, which provides a sustainable source of power to our commercial units.

Norton Livery
In 2015, we constructed a new American Barn style building to enhance our horse livery facility. We have a large outdoor all weather riding arena and a selection of grazing paddocks with off road access.
The whole yard is sublet out under the name of Norton Livery, providing a bespoke service for horse riders of varying ages and abilities.
